Out of the 200 companies named by Fortune as the most innovative in 2024, six are health insurers.
Fortune sought to recognize companies "transforming industries from the inside out." The ranking was created by scores based on three metrics, each weighted equally: product innovation, process innovation and innovation culture.
Fortune partnered with Statista for the ranking, which began with a list of more than 25,000 companies up for consideration.
