Medicare ranks Medicare Advantage and Part D plans on a quality scale of one to five stars, with five representing excellent performance and one reflecting poor performance. Five contracts were warned for receiving a Medicare Advantage and/or Part D prescription drug plan summary rating of 2.5 or fewer stars from 2018-2020. They are:

Universal Health Services’ Prominence Healthfirst of Texas
Magellan Health’s Merit Health Insurance Company
