Humana’s top executives sold more than $12 million in shares Feb. 26, Louisville Business First reports, citing Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

Four C-suite executives, including Humana president and CEO Bruce Broussard, sold stock for $269 per share.

Here is what the executives traded in, ranked from highest to lowest.

  • Timothy Huval, senior vice president and chief human resources officer, sold 16,270 shares for $4.38 million
  • Bruce Broussard, president and CEO, sold 14,075 shares for $3.79 million
  • Brian LeClaire, senior vice president and CIO, sold 12,719 shares for $3.42 million
  • Jody Bilney, chief consumer officer, sold 2,931 shares for $788,460
