The annual “Top 50 Companies for Diversity” survey analyzes companies based on organization-submitted information, according to a May 5 DiversityInc news release. The assessment collects data on leadership accountability, human capital diversity metrics, talent programs, workplace praces, supplier diversity and philanthropy.
Humana ranked ninth, Cigna ranked 24th and Centene ranked 33rd on this year’s list, released May 3.
