Aetna, Mednax: Mednax subsidiaries in Texas became out of network with the state’s Aetna members when the two organizations did not reach a contract agreement by July 1.
Sarasota Memorial, Florida Blue: On the final day of a 90-day extension period due to failed contract negotiations, Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Health Care System and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurer Florida Blue reached a three-year contract agreement June 30.
