While overall Medicare Advantage enrollment grew 2.5% during the annual enrollment period, several payers saw their membership decline, according to an analysis published by Baltimore Health Analytics.

  2. Elevance Health: 20,712 (-1%)
  3. Blue Shield of California: 14,816 (-10%)
  4. Bright Health: 13,255 (-11%)

  6. Cambia (Regence): 10,425 (-8%)
  7. SCAN Group: 6,741 (-2%)
  8. Cigna: 5,119 (-1%)
  9. Lifetime (Excellus BCBS and Univera): 2,811 (-2%)
