Denver-based Friday Health Plans grew enrollment in its ACA plans by over 300 percent year over year during the previous open enrollment period, the payer announced Feb. 23.

- During the last open enrollment period, the payer signed up more than 300,000 members across its ACA plans.
- Leading up to the open enrollment period, Friday Health Plans expanded to 185 counties across seven states.
- The payer only expanded outside of its home state of Colorado in 2021. It experienced the most traction in three states — Texas, Nevada and Colorado — where it claimed upwards of 20 percent, 17 percent and 9 percent of ACA-eligible enrollees respectively.
- Friday Health Plans offers plans with an unlimited number of $0 primary care visits, $0 mental health counseling, $75 urgent care visits and low or no-cost generic drugs.
