The J.D. Power 2017 Medicare Advantage Study featured responses from 3,442 members of Medicare Advantage plans nationwide. Policyholder satisfaction scores were measured by six factors, listed in order of importance: coverage and benefits, customer service, claims processing, cost, provider choice and information and communication.
