Cigna sells 7 outpatient imaging centers in Arizona

Cigna’s Evernorth has sold seven outpatient imaging centers in Phoenix to diagnostic imaging provider RadNet for an undisclosed amount.

RadNet’s joint ventured Arizona Diagnostic Radiology Group acquired the facilities and will implement new digital health solutions, including radiology information and image management systems, according to a Jan. 24 news release.

Evernorth Care Group patients will now have access to Arizona Diagnostic Radiology’s nine additional imaging centers in the Phoenix area. 

RadNet has a network of 366 outpatient imaging centers across seven states.
