CareSource and New York-based ElderServe Health have finalized their affiliation, effective Sept. 1.

ElderServe Health, which offers Medicaid and Medicare to elderly or disabled New Yorkers, will no longer operate under RiverSpring Living, its former parent company, according to a press release shared with Becker’s.

The partnership aims to expand long-term care services to older adults and individuals with chronic conditions across New York.

ElderServe Health provides long-term services and support to more than 20,000 members across New York City, Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties.

ElderServe will keep its headquarters and employees in New York. Member coverage will continue without disruption as the organization joins CareSource.
