Zipnosis has facilitated 4.5 million patient encounters and engaged 3,500 physicians at over 50 healthcare organizations, according to a May 24 news release. Florence works with more than 40 health systems.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bright originally purchased the company in 2021.
