3 payer CEOs among Fortune’s most powerful women in business

CVS Health CEO Karen Lynch topped Fortune’s ranking of the 100 most powerful women in business for the third year in a row.

The ranking, published Oct. 5, features established and up-and-coming female business leaders around the world. 

Elevance Health CEO Gail Boudreaux was ranked 10th on the list, and Centene CEO Sarah London was ranked 40th. 

Heather Cianfrocco, president of Optum, was ranked 27th on Fortune’s list.
