Cigna Healthcare has named Hisham Radwan CEO of Cigna Insurance Saudi Arabia as it becomes the first international insurance company authorized to operate through a branch in the country. 

UnitedHealth Group has named Shawna Gisch as CEO of Optum Home and Community Care, the company's home-based care division.

West Reading, Pa.-based Tower Health will be out of network for all Cigna Healthcare members starting Jan. 1 following a disagreement over reimbursement rates, the Reading Eagle reported Nov. 24.
