Centene subsidiary WellCare of Kentucky has named Chirag Patel, MD, its chief medical officer and Marc Nyarko its COO.
Dr. Patel most recently served as vice president of population health and clinical operations at Indianapolis-based Centene subsidiary Managed Health Services, according to a Sept. 6 WellCare news release.
Mr. Nyarko most recently served as vice president of Medicaid operations at Pittsburgh-based Highmark Health, according to the release.
