UPMC Health Plan CEO to retire

Diane Holder, president and CEO of UPMC Health Plan, will retire at the end of 2024.

Ms. Holder has worked for the Pittsburgh-based system for more than 40 years, according to a Feb. 26 news release. 

Before leading the system’s health plan division, she was president of UPMC Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic and was the founding CEO of UPMC’s behavioral managed care plan, Community Care Behavioral Health. 

“Diane has been a true strategic leader and partner throughout her long and successful career at UPMC,” Leslie Davis, president and CEO of UPMC, said in the release.
