UnitedHealthcare has named Paul Sharkey as CEO of its Mid-Atlantic employer and individual business, covering West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Mr. Sharkey has been with the company since 2008, serving in a variety of sales and financial leadership roles.
“My new team and I are committed to our mission of helping people live healthier lives and making the health system work better for everyone,” he wrote April 9 on LinkedIn.
