UnitedHealthcare names CEO for exchange plans

UnitedHealthcare has promoted Marcus Robinson to CEO of its individual and family plans business.

“I am deeply grateful to lead such an amazing team of people who strive to expand affordable access to high quality care and health outcomes to consumers on and off exchange,” he wrote on LinkedIn Oct. 6.

Mr. Robinson has been with UnitedHealth for nearly 20 years and was most recently president of markets for individual and family plans.
