Sendero Health Plans has named Sharon Alvis as chief executive officer.
According to a Sept. 21 news release, Ms. Alvis was most recently market president for Curative Insurance Company, a start-up payer in Texas.
Sendero Health Plan offers individual insurance on the ACA exchange in eight Texas counties. It is owned by Central Health, a publicly operated hospital district in Travis County, Texas.
