Mr. Hess will be responsible for Medicare sales across Regence’s four BCBS affiliates in Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington, according to a March 14 news release.
He joined Regence in 2020 and previously was director of government sales at Intermountain Health’s SelectHealth and a regional sales manager at Humana.
