According to an Oct. 26 news release, Mr. Krenz will lead Cambia’s Medicare and federal employee programs.
Mr. Krenz was most recently senior vice president for Optum, leading the company’s OptumCare business in Washington state. He previously held senior roles at Blue Shield of California and Universal American Corporation.
Cambia Health Solutions owns Regence BlueCross BlueShield, which operates BCBS affiliates in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah.
