Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon has named Tracy Muday, MD, as executive medical director.
Dr. Muday will oversee clinical strategies and performance, quality of health outcomes, and will collaborate with employer groups on benefit strategies and plan management, according to an Aug. 1 news release.
