Quartz has named Jeff Butcher as senior vice president and CFO.
Previously, Mr. Butcher served as CFO at Tulsa, Okla.-based CommunityCare, Renton, Wash.-based Providence Health Plan, and the insurance arms of Reno, Nev.-based Renown Health and Dallas-based Steward Health Care.
Quartz is jointly owned by Downers Grove, Ill., and Milwaukee-based Advocate Aurora Health, La Crosse, Wis.-based Gundersen Health System, West Des Moines, Iowa-based UnityPoint Health, and UW Health in Madison. The company provides health coverage to more than 350,000 members in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
