Providence Health Plan has named Jack Hallmark as vice president of plan operations.
Mr. Hallmark will oversee the company's enterprise strategy as it grows into more communities, according to a July 17 news release.
He spent the past 19 years at UnitedHealth Group, most recently serving as senior director of process improvement and program management in Optum's behavioral health division.
