Mr. Ashraf was most recently a senior advisor and partner at McKinsey & Company, according to an Aug. 12 news release. He focused on healthcare, private equity, transformation and corporate finance at the consulting firm.
Mr. Ashraf was previously CFO of Dallas-based U.S. Anesthesia Partners.
