Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico has named Nancy Smith-Leslie its new vice president of Medicaid.

Centene has named Tanya McNally as senior vice president and chief people officer. 

Blue Cross of Idaho has named three regional site directors: Paul Amador in Coeur d'Alene, Camile Barigar in Twin Falls and Amy Taylor in Idaho Falls, according to a March 7 news release.

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has named Marc Barclay as senior vice president of provider network management after being named to the position on an interim basis last fall.
