Mr. Amador previously served as a state representative in the Idaho Legislature.
Ms. Barigar was previously director of community engagement at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls.
Ms. Taylor began at her role in January and previously served as regional director for U.S. Senator Jim Risch of Idaho.
