The COO of Oscar Health is resigning April 10, according to a March 7 Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Meghan Joyce, who serves as the COO of the New York City-based health insurer and executive vice president of the +Oscar platform, is leaving to become the chief executive of a new venture.
