Mr. Woys will additionally assume the role of COO, according to a May 16 Molina news release. Mr. Keim will continue as CFO with expanded operational and growth-related responsibilities.
Keim has served as Molina’s executive vice president of transformation since 2018 and became CFO in 2021, according to the release. Mr. Woy has served as Molina’s executive vice president for health plan services since 2018.
