The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services has named Lee Grossman director of Medicaid.
Mr. Grossman spent more than 14 years with the Wyoming Department of Health, where he most recently served as the state’s Medicaid director beginning February 2023, according to a July 31 Iowa HHS news release.
He will begin his new role in early September. Iowa Medicaid provides coverage to more than 700,000 people.
