Inland Empire Health Plan has named Lorena Rodriguez Chandler as the Medicaid managed-care plan's first chief health equity officer.
Ms. Chandler was most recently the director of Medicare growth strategy and associate vice president of strategic planning and performance at Blue Shield of California, according to a Feb. 13 news release.
She has also previously held roles at Molina Healthcare, L.A. Care Health Plan and UnidosUS.
