Independence Blue Cross has promoted Obadiah Sang to vice president of corporate development and strategic investments.
Mr. Sang joined the company in 2020 and most recently was a managing director in the same department, according to a June 1 news release.
In this new role, he will provide oversight for M&A, divestitures and strategic investing, along with overseeing Independence's strategic innovation portfolio.
