Highmark Blue Shield has named Ken Lawrence as senior vice president of corporate affairs for southeastern Pennsylvania as the company expands its health plans into the Philadelphia area next year.
Mr. Lawrence begins Jan. 1, according to a Nov. 29 news release.
Highmark Health owns Allegheny Health Network and Highmark Inc., or Highmark Health Plan, which operates BCBS affiliates in Delaware, West Virginia and parts of Pennsylvania and New York.
