HealthPartners has named Ginger Kakacek, MD, as chief medical officer for its health plan.
Dr. Kakacek has been a family medicine physician with HealthPartners since 2000, according to an Oct. 12 news release. She was most recently vice president and senior medical director of health and care engagement for the health plan.
HealthPartners offers Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, employer and individual plans.
