Amerigroup Tennessee, a wholly owned subsidiary of Elevance Health, named Natalie Cooper president.
Most recently, Ms. Cooper was regional vice president at Eleveance Health, where she was responsible for Medicaid growth strategies and development centered on health plan retention and operations, according to a June 1 news release.
Amerigroup Tennessee serves about 540,000 residents who participate in the state's Medicaid programs, according to the release.
