CVS Health has appointed JPMorgan Chase’s Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Teresa Heitsenrether, to its board of directors, effective Nov. 18.
The company also announced the departure of board member Larry Robbins, effective Aug. 13.
Mr. Robbins, founder and CEO of Glenview Capital Management, had served on CVS’ board since 2024.
