Mr. Kuipers previously served as executive vice president and CFO at Omnicell, a healthcare technology company, according to an April 22 Clover news release. He also previously served as CFO of Quantcast and The Weather Company.
At Clover, Mr. Kuipers will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and capital management.
