In the new role, Mr. Berg will lead the payer’s Medicare Advantage and individual and family plan businesses, according to a company announcement.
Mr. Berg is a former DaVita Medical Group and WellCare Health Plans executive chair, and served as CEO of Oxford Health Plans until it was acquired by UnitedHealth Group. He then served as a UnitedHealth Group executive.
