ChenMed’s CEO, Chris Chen, MD, will retain his title but step back from daily management, Business Insider reported July 20.

According to the report, the Chen family will still be owners and board members of the company, but Mr. Nelson will bring on a new leadership team.

Others stepping down from leadership roles include Chief Medical Officer Gordon Chen, MD; Founder James Chen, MD, PhD; Chief Market Development Officer Mary Chen; Chief Legal Officer Stephanie Chen; and Chief Clinical Officer Jessica Chen, MD.
