According to a Feb. 20 news release, Mr. Foxley has been public affairs and government relations director for Utah at Cambia since 2017. He will lead government relations in Cambia’s four-state market in his new role.
Portland, Ore.-based Cambia Health Solutions owns Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, which operates BCBS affiliates in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah.
