Ms. Mixon first joined the company in 2016 as vice president of human resources, business partners and employee relations, according to a March 9 news release.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the payer’s people strategy, leadership development, diversity equity and inclusion, enterprise-wide learning and employee experience for more than 7,800 employees.
