Blue Shield of California has named Haley Mixon as chief human resources officer.
Ms. Mixon first joined the company in 2016 as vice president of human resources, business partners and employee relations, according to a March 9 news release.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the payer's people strategy, leadership development, diversity equity and inclusion, enterprise-wide learning and employee experience for more than 7,800 employees.
