Blue Shield of California has promoted three employees to executive vice president positions and named Jigar Shah as its new chief marketing officer.
Previously, Mr. Shah was the founder and CEO of Trusana, a mental healthcare company launched by Providence, where he also previously served as chief marketing officer, according to a June 1 news release.
