BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has promoted Alicia Oliver to vice president and deputy general counsel.
Ms. Oliver will be responsible for legal support across the company and will oversee planning and process improvement for legal operations, according to a June 27 news release.
She first joined the payer in 2015 and has served as director and deputy general counsel of business for the last two years.
