BCBS Tennessee names chief learning officer

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has named Michelle Sermon-Davis as managing director and chief learning officer.

Ms. Sermon-Davis will lead the company’s talent acquisition and organizational development teams, according to a May 12 news release.

Previously, she served as global vice president of organizational development, DEI and corporate communications for CKE Restaurants Holdings.
