1. Susan Buchanan is now vice president of provider networks and contracting. She first joined the company in 2013 and most recently served as regional director of provider network contracting for East Tennessee.
2. Emily Dockery is now vice president of brand management and communications after first joining the company in 2005.
3. Rob Martin is now vice president of underwriting and commercial financial management. He first joined the company in 1997 and most recently served as director of underwriting and finance.
4. John Cole is now corporate vice president, where he will be responsible for Medicaid and D-SNP managed care operations. He was previously CEO of the company’s Shared Health subsidiary.
