Ms. Scoggins will oversee and manage all phases of the payer’s corporate compliance program, including the enterprise records and information management program and the company’s federal regulatory compliance team, according to a July 15 Blue Cross news release.
She previously served as ethics and compliance manager in the payer’s corporate compliance division.
