Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska has named Jeff Russell as president and CEO, effective June 26.
He will replace current CEO Steve Grandfield, who announced his plans to retire late last year, according to a May 24 news release. Mr. Grandfield has led the payer since 2018.
Mr. Russell has been CEO of dental insurer Delta Dental of Iowa since 2013.
