Healthy Blue Kansas, which focuses on Medicaid coverage and dual-eligible special needs plans, named Siobain Bonilla as its president.
Healthy Blue Kansas is a collaboration between Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Highmark-affiliated BCBS Kansas City and an Elevance Health company.
Ms. Bonilla will work on strategy and operations for more than 100,000 members, a June 2 LinkedIn post from the organization said.
Ms. Bonilla previously served in a leadership capacity at Elevance and has worked on Medicaid in Minnesota, according to her LinkedIn profile.
