BCBS of Massachusetts has named Debbie Peikes, PhD, as vice president of measurement and evaluation.
Ms. Peikes will be responsible for expanding the company's evaluation capabilities and improving program effectiveness, according to a Jan. 10 news release.
Previously, she served as vice president of healthcare research and special advisor to the chief medical officer at Humana.
