Ms. Bowers will lead the insurer’s Medicare business, according to an Aug. 8 news release.
Most recently, Ms. Bowers was general manager of Medicare and the Federal Employee Program at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. She has held roles at Optum Advisory Services and Blue Shield of California.
